So like me are you are an avid user of Twitter, following hundreds of people or even thousands. Trouble is when you open Twitter up for the day, you have been bombarded by tweets and sometimes feel you've missed some key ones. Over the last few days a NEW timeline feature was introduced, that should help you catch up on the Tweets from folk you follow the most.
With this feature enabled you will find the Tweets you care about the most will appear at the top of your timeline, still recent and in reverse chronological order. The rest of the Tweets will be displayed right underneath, also in reverse chronological order. The neat thing is at any point you can see all the new live Tweets, by just using the pull-to-refresh function.
It seems using this feature generates more Tweets and Retweets, creating more live commentary and conversations which can't be bad.
Below are some screen grabs on my iPhone showing how simple it is to set up. Select Settings, then timeline personaliation, and lastly toggle on the feature "show me the best Tweets First".
