Want to stop smoking then Quit4Life is for you, this is a weekly NHS Hampshire stop smoking service local to you.
Our advisers will be able to offer you free, friendly support and advice, discuss with you the available medications, and be able to supply with a one-off prescription fee (if you normally pay for these) NRT patches, gums, lozenges or the inhalator.
The service is also able to offer Champix, a drug therapy, through prescription requests to your GP (prescription charges will apply).
They will also be there to support you through your quit attempt and be able to offer advice about how to keep any cravings you have under control.
