Each summer, RicNic produces full-scale musicals in amazing venues including Winchester, where every member of the company - from the director to the dancers to the designers to the drummer - is aged 16 to 20 years.
Given responsibility and trust instead of adult supervision, RicNic participants have the best month of their lives proving what remarkable things they can achieve, and developing leadership, teamwork and valuable professional skills at the same time.
Best of all, it doesn't cost a penny: RicNic projects don't have any compulsory participation fees. Talent and passion are what counts.
