A lovely house with fabulous gardens, overlooking the South Downs national park.
The house was rebuilt by Ralph Dutton, after a fire in 1960.
Wonderful rooms house with exquisite collection of ceramics and art, with each window offering undisturbed views to the tranquil countryside beyond.
Look for the wonderful walks leading away from the house, which dogs are welcome to explore.
This includes named 'Bluebell Woods', best seen in the spring.
The grounds also include a cafe, church and a pond with some very large fish!
