Winchester and District Canoe Club is a club for adults, young people, and families. Our members have a wide range of paddlesport interests including slalom, marathon, touring, moving water trips, and sea kayaking.
The club’s qualified coaches are able to offer training and assessments for national skills awards in many aspects of paddlesport and is aimed at levels from complete beginner to those aspiring to gain their British Canoeing 1, 2 or 3-Star awards.
Regular club meetings with coaching, if required, are held on Sunday mornings 10am to 12pm and Tuesday nights 6pm to 8.30pm, for our more competent paddlers, at our headquarters in North Walls Park.
Taster sessions
We even offer one-off taster sessions for £5 a go on the second Sunday of each month. Membership costs are even more reasonable if people decide to join! If you want any more information, please contact web@winchestercanoeclub.org.uk
