Our local MND (Motor Neurone Disease) Volunteers need your help to build awareness for the Global Motor Neurone Disease awareness day on the 21st of June. Blue and Orange are the brand colours for the national MND Association
Just wear Blue and Orange on Saturday to support the initiative. I will be!
If you want to get involved contact Jo on the details below.
Or at the very least just deck your windows, walls, cars and yourself with anything Blue and Orange. Go on - be creative! It'll help your business stand out as well as help a worthy cause.
MND is a progressive disease that attacks the motor neurones (nerves) in the brain and spinal cord. This means messages gradually stop reaching muscles, which leads to weakness and wasting.
MND can affect how you walk, talk, eat, drink and breathe. It is a rare disease that affects each individual in a different way.
There is currently no cure for MND, but funds raised by the local Windsor and East Berkshire Group will make a real difference to the lives of local people affected by MND and support vital research into a cure.
We'd be very grateful for any support :-)
