A computer generated image of new homes at Eastham Fields, where properties are selling off-plan
With one Wirral housing development nearing a sell-out and high demand at another, Archway Homes is encouraging would-be purchasers to register their interest.
The family-run, Cheshire-based business has seen a flurry of sales in Neston and Eastham in recent weeks.
At The Old Dairy in Neston, nine out of 10 homes have been reserved, exchanged or completed.
Around five miles away, at Eastham Fields, five of the six homes in the first phase have been reserved “off plan”.
Homes in the next phase of Eastham Fields are due to be released for sale in late summer/ early autumn.
Samantha Dean, sales manager for Archway Homes, explains: “There’s been a phenomenal amount of interest in our Wirral developments in recent weeks and this has converted into sales. Just a short journey apart, The Old Dairy and Eastham Fields, both appeal to those who work in the cities of Liverpool or Chester but want to live somewhere quieter, with a sense of community seldom seen in urban areas.
“But while buyers value the attention to detail we offer as a family business, they perhaps aren’t aware of the timescales involved in creating the perfect family home.
We construct our developments in phases and so they’re released for sale in sequence of build. It means that properties at Eastham Fields that will be available to reserve later this year won’t be ready to move into until early 2020. Based on current demand, we would encourage potential purchasers to register their interest so that we can advise them when the next phase is released.”
Eastham Fields will eventually feature 21 new four-bedroom detached homes, including some designs with two en-suites.
The exacting specification includes kitchens and utilities with a choice of units, including soft close drawers and doors, integrated Neff appliances and ceramic floor tiling.
Bathrooms and en suites feature VitrA sanitaryware, heated towel rails, half tiled walls and fully tiled floors.
The attention to detail, style and practicality includes oak veneered internal doors with chrome ironmongery, chrome light and plug sockets, satellite dish and aerial system pre-wired to the lounge, family room and master bedroom, plus fibre to the property for digital connectivity.
Current prices at Eastham Fields start from £319,995.
The new homes are being built on Eastham Village Road, are helping to facilitate the provision of a new clubhouse and community facilities at Anselmians Rugby Club.
