Walk, cycle, run, does not matter how you get there but make sure the 45th Horsell Scouts and Guides May Fayre, is in your diary. The only place to be on the May bank holiday.
Will you be flying to the fayre as our main arena event will be, come rain or shine, riders will take flight as they perform the most breath taking tricks and stunts, including the audience favourite – ‘The Backflip’.
In addition to the amazing feats of the BMX show, the May Fayre will offer a wide range of activities and attractions for everyone to enjoy. There will be live performances from the Summerscales dancers, Vintage cars to browse, Scout and Guide challenges for all ages and a Kids Fitness session run by Pure Gym. Relax and recharge with the home-made cakes in the much acclaimed Refreshments Tent, the award winning Thurston’s ales and Pimms available at the Real Ale tent and the two BBQ stalls with local Prince & Sons burgers and sausages.
As the main annual fundraising event for the Horsell Scouts and Guides we are delighted that Horsell’s very own Seymours Estate Agents , Trident Honda and Halstead – St Andrews School will all be key sponsors without whom the event would not happen. The door to door program sales by the Guides and Scouts, with a mega hourly raffle on the day will also contribute to the funds raised to support the youth of Horsell.
So, bring your family and friends and join us at the May Fayre for a day filled with fun, laughter, and BMX tricks to aspire to. Be entertained, enjoy delicious food, explore the various stalls from jewellery to fun games and magic, and from cakes to books; There really is something there for everyone.
