Jazz at NAC’s Spring season continues to bring the very best names in comptempary jazz to the city. “Best Drummer" in the British Jazz Awards 2017 & 2018, Clark Tracey will be bringing his all-star line up to the Wolverhampton stage on Friday 13th March. 

 

Clark Tracey will bringing his his highly praised quintet to the city, featuring: Elliott Sansom on piano, Sean Payne on sax, James Copus on  trumpet and James Owston on bass and of course Clark Tracey on drums.

Son of Stan Tracey CBE, the UK's leading jazz pianist, Clark Tracey has grown up surrounded by jazz culture. Elected as the best drummer at the British Jazz Award six times, he already has a huge amount of experience onstage stage in the UK and abroad.

As a sideman he has featured alongside internationally renowned artists such as Johnny Griffin, Pharaoh Sanders, John Hicks, Scott Hamilton and more locally with British artists like Ronnie Scott and John Surman. Clark Tracey will now grace the #JazzatNACstage for a Wolverhampton audience.

Clark Tracey will play Newhampton Arts Centre, Wolverhampton on Friday 13th of March at 8 pm and tickets are priced £13.50.
