Family festive theatre will return to Newhampton Arts Centre, Wolverhampton this December with socially distanced showings of Mischief and Mystery in Moominvalley. Expect snow, surprises and plenty of Moomin mischief for the whole family to enjoy.

This Christmas NAC invites you to discover a world where anything is possible. Be sure to pack your imagination and come on an unforgettable journey to Moominvalley where everyone is welcome, nature thrives and adventures are plentiful.

Get ready to join us this December for this Covid secure festive family show feauting magical puppetry, an ingenious pop up book set, original music and safe, seated interactive play will delight young audiences this Christmas and encourage them to immerse themselves in a unique Covid-safe participatory story-telling.

The show lasts 45 minutes and is especially for younger audiences and their families (guidance age of 4-7 year olds). COVID secure safely measures are now in place for all events at NAC to ensure Wolverhampton audiences can enjoy their live experience whilst staying safe. These new procedures include reduced theatre numbers, socially distanced seating within customers bubbles of upto six, face covers to be worn at all times, a one way system across the site, track and trace, and  comprehensive hygiene and cleaning, giving you the confidence to sit back relax and enjoy the show. Mischief and Mystery in Moominvalley comes to NAC’s theatre on Friday 11th of December at 4pm and 6.30pm and Saturday 12th and Sunday 13th of December at 11am and 2pm. Family tickets cost just £20 admitting two adults and two children and can be purchased from ticketsource.co.uk/newhamptonartscentre Please note with limited audience numbers we do advise booking early to avoid dissapointment.
