Each year following the publication of our Annual Report we hold a public meeting to give us the opportunity to inform the public of the activity over the previous 12 months to ensure that the people of Wolverhampton have a voice in health in social care.
Our Annual Public Meetings are an opportunity for us to share what people have told us, how we have used that information to inform change and share some of our key successes. This year we have invited speakers to present at our meeting to share with you changes in their organisations and the effect of COVID-19.
The guest speakers are from Royal Wolverhampton NHS Trust, Wolverhampton Clinical Commissioning Group, Public Health and the newly merged Black Country NHS Trust.
We invite you to join us for an update on our Annual Report “Guided by You” and our upcoming priorities and projects for 2020/21.
There will be opportunities for you to ask question during the meeting.
Tracy Cresswell, Healthwatch Manager “It is a great opportunity for Wolverhampton residents to hear how their experiences have been heard and how they have made an impact, some of these may be small but they have made an impact. I am pleased that we will be joined by various speakers to share the changes that have been made and why but to also understand how we move forward as a city”
Rose Urkovskis, Interim Chair Healthwatch Advisory Board “Looking forward to welcoming the public and sharing the impact of Healthwatch Wolverhampton and also thank the visiting speakers for joining us and looking forward to hearing their updates”
