Spoken Lyrik is a brand-new YouTube channel, comprised of three university students who are passionate about the performing arts. They are seeking to recruit twenty-six of the best poets, spoken words artists and rappers in the west midlands to star in their new fifty-two-episode YouTube series.
Dedicated to providing performers a platform to be recognised for their new and original work. This will be professionally recorded in a studio, with each video set to be released once a week across all their social media platforms, with the main one being YouTube as it is the 2nd biggest search engine in the world. The content is to inspire others to write and perform, effectively keeping the arts alive by reviving the value of self-expression in a positive way.
By doing so they aim to provide magic for the masses, making poetry be seen as one of the key corner stones within the performing arts world. Captivating audiences of all generations through the ease of technology, by delivering an intimate poetry performance.
