TEDxWolverhampton was founded in 2018 and has been delivering impactful events since 2019, making this our sixth year of inspiring and thought-provoking talks.

Our theme for 2025 is Curiosity, Chaos and Creativity—a celebration of how embracing uncertainty, exploring new ideas, and thinking outside the box can lead to innovation and transformation.

This year’s event will feature 11 speakers sharing unique insights and stories, alongside four Fireside Chat guests, including Sharon Thompson, Deputy Mayor of the West Midlands. This promises to be a truly unforgettable experience that sparks new conversations and challenges perspectives.

What is TED and TEDx?

TED is a globally recognised platform devoted to spreading ideas through short, impactful talks. With the motto “Ideas Worth Spreading,” TED has inspired millions through its global conferences and online content.

TEDx events, like TEDxWolverhampton, are independent, local events, organised by teams of passionate volunteers, under TED’s guidance. They bring the same spirit of knowledge-sharing, innovation, and inspiration to local communities. Each TEDx event is designed to spark conversation, encourage learning, and create meaningful connections.

Depending on the package selected you will also receive event tickets, opportunities to place your promotional materials in the goody bags and have a stand in our marketplace.
