Anuj joined very recently and has established himself as a popular and strong member of our 6-9 year old’s group known to us as Green Group. He is a confident lad who has little performing experience..
How long have you been at PQA?
I joined PQA in 2019
What is your favourite subject?
I like all the subjects that I learn at PQA but acting is my most favourite.
What do you like best about PQA?
Really friendly staff and pupils, everyone is really nice and going to PQA is fun.
Are you excited to be performing in the West End?
I didn't know much about that! It will be spectacular to perform at West End with all my friends.
Tell us about an exciting moment recently.
We were very lucky to have Kia Pegg who stars in BBC’s The Dumping Ground and presents on CBBC too visit us, she was lovely and we were able to ask her loads of questions and had our photo taken with her.
What was the best thing about being in Green Group?
All the staff that are teaching us!
A really big thank you to all the teachers!
What do you want to be when you grow up?
A doctor, of course! I'm also thinking about being a chef but haven't made up my mind yet!
Anuj’s group are currently preparing for our incredible West End performance in 2020 (The whole academy has the opportunity to perform in London’s iconic West End at Her Majesty’s Theatre home to Phantom of the Opera in a specially written musical). In Film and TV the group recreated a scene from Elf which won a national film competition while in they are studying a variety of theatre styles from Comedia Dell’ Arte to Brecht.
