Anise Indian/Bangladeshi restaurant has been awarded it's membership certificate to thebestof Wolverhampton. ‘thebestof’ membership is only available to those companies that provide service of an extremely high standard and, in the case of Anise restaurant, superb food backed by over 100 customer testimonials.
Anise only opened at the beginning of this year but was voted Wolverhampton’s most favourite curry house by the public. Anise’s proprietor, Iliyas Khandakar, said “I’m absolutely delighted not only to be picked to represent Wolverhampton in the Curry Capitol of Britain competition but also to be accepted as a member of thebestof Wolverhampton. I picked Wolverhampton to open my restaurant as my father had a restaurant in the town for many years. However he retired a few years ago due to ill health. I am really pleased to be back in town.”
