A FIVE star lifestyle in hotel-style surroundings in Worcester could be easier to afford in retirement.
Eastbank Court and Eastbank Lodge offer an enviable standard of living, not dissimilar to a luxury hotel. Spacious, well-appointed owner-occupied apartments are complemented by a host of communal facilities that have led to the development being compared to a five star hotel.

Aspen Retirement is offering an equity share scheme to significantly reduce the initial capital outlay required to secure a brand new apartment.

People love the idea of spending their later years in luxurious surroundings, but perhaps feel that they wish to retain some capital from their move. We fully appreciate this, which is why we’re offering an equity share scheme for buyers aged over 70 where they could pay as little as 60% of the initial market price, with Aspen retaining up to a 40% share which is only payable upon the future re-sale of the apartment.
“Those who buy an apartment this way will still be able to enjoy all that the development has to offer, dining in the licensed restaurant, being pampered in the salon, sitting down with a book from the library or joining in some of the regular social activities with their new neighbours.”
The final one-bedroom apartment is available for £199,950, with the two-bedroom apartments available from £242,950.
As an alternative to the equity share, Aspen is offering to cover the service charge for up to two years.
These incentives are available on reservations made before the end of November 2018.
Located on Eastbank Drive, in the Northwick area of Worcester, Eastbank Court and Eastbank Lodge are ideally placed in a quiet residential area. There’s a post office, shop and chemist just 250 yards away, as well as the bus stop for journeys into the city centre.
