Get ready for summer with the ultimate barbecue cookery masterclass from the world's barbecue experts. As a flagship Weber World store, we are delighted to offer you this 3 hour, hands-on, cookery school certified by Weber where you can learn new skills and techniques from a Weber barbecue chef while cooking up some tasty dishes. This relaxed and fun course is limited to a small group of participants to provide an enjoyable atmosphere for your tuition and is sure to expand your barbecuing mindset.

The opportunity to cook on the latest Weber Barbecues to increase your cooking repertoire. The recipes will include the use of a range of accessories so that you learn about the different cooking methods and techniques used to produce some exceptionally delicious food.

Equipment to be used:
We will use a range of equipment on the day provided by Weber, including the Genesis EPX335, Master-Touch Premium, Searwood XL 600 Wood Pellet Grill, Slate GPD & Summit Kamado. The equipment used should cover the breadth of barbecue types you may have at home or help you decide which barbecue to go for if you are planning to up your barbecue game this summer.
Chef Bio:
Wychbold courses are led by Shane Bagley, a classically trained American Pit Master. After starting his career at Le Cordon Bleu in San Francisco, he worked in some of the city's most notable restaurants and hotels. After moving to the UK and setting up several restaurants and barbecue catering companies, he eventually began hosting cooking courses leading to his partnership with Weber.
