The Leaders’ award for Head Office Employee of the Year 2012was won by Contractor Administrator, Louise Parry.
Louise, who is based at Leaders’ Head Office, in Becket House,Worthing, is solely responsible for the prompt payment of Leaders’ many hundreds of contractors and suppliers, and for ensuring that they all have the proper accreditations and valid public liability insurance.
Commenting on the award, Leaders’ Client Accounts Manager,Martin Butler-Thompsonsaid: “Louise thoroughly deserves this award, for which she was enthusiastically nominated by many of her colleagues. Louise has worked for Leaders for more than five years and her calm, but thorough, approach underpins her drive to succeed in every task she undertakes. This has enabled Louise to work her way up from an entry level accounts role to the senior position she holds today.
