Many people don’t like exercise but the benefits are profound. Worthing seafront is a fantastic place to get fit and healthy, by walking, cycling or running. There is also the FREE gym situated on the East side of Splashpoint.

On a physiological level we usually tend to breath quite shallowly, but it is important to fill our lungs with fresh oxygenated air, which can only be achieved on exersion.
Filling our lungs with fresh, healthy air will enable us to think more clearly, will build our fitness levels and ultimately we will feel more energised and focused.
The key to getting fit and healthy is commitment, discipline and perseverance.
