Tourists and visitors will find an evocative range of outbuildings and the state rooms display most of their original 18th- and 19th-century furnishings. The large walled garden has been restored to its 18th century formal design and is one of the last surviving examples of its type. Erddig House puts on many events and special weekends for tourists and visitors and is ideal for a family trip or day out.

Visitors and tourists please note - most rooms do not have electric lighting. Visitors wishing to make a close study of Erddig House’s pictures and textiles should try to visit on brighter days. The Small Chinese Room at Erddig House is open Wed and Sat on application.
