Yes there really are some green shoots in Wrexham. I was talking to Brian Hunter of solicitors Whitehead Woodward today and was delighted to learn that enquiries for conveyancing so far this month exceed every month since March 2008. This is very encouraging news as I believe that movement in the housing market will herald the end to the recession.
This conversation also underlined the power of Testimonials as a marketing tool. Brian said that in a recent enquiry from his Best of Wrexham page his potential customer mentioned that they had chosen to phone him because of the Testimonials on his page.
