We are pleased to announce our first business event of 2025: "Realising Wrexham’s Potential - From Challenges to Opportunities in 2025" on Wednesday 12th February, from 9:30am to 12:00pm.
This free event will take place at The Atrium Suite, Redwither Tower, Wrexham Industrial Estate.

As the name suggests, this event will feature expert speakers who will outline significant growth opportunities available to Wrexham businesses in 2025 and beyond.
The event will begin with a networking opportunity, followed by 3 presentations:
1. The Flintshire and Wrexham Investment Zone - What it means for you
Iain Taylor from AMION Consulting will provide a detailed update on the Flintshire and Wrexham Investment Zone, and in particular, the opportunities that the Investment Zone will create for businesses and future investors.
Iain is a true expert in this field, and this is an opportunity not to be missed for anyone interested in finding out about the Investment Zone and the opportunities it will create.
Iain will also carry out a Q&A session to answer any specific questions you may have.
2. How businesses can overcome impending cost rises and seize opportunities in the year ahead
Heather Cheetham, Director of The Uncommon Practice will give an update on the impending National Insurance rises that will affect most businesses, along with strategies to counteract the cost increases, and to grow your businesses in the year ahead.
3. Wrexham Leadership Alliance - Ensuring Wrexham Realises its Potential
Craig Weeks, Director at JCB Transmissions in Wrexham and Founder of Wrexham Leadership Alliance, supported by other Executive Members, will give an overview of the Alliance and the actions that the Alliance will take to see Wrexham realise its potential in the years ahead.
Craig will also outline how local businesses can get involved and support Wrexham Leadership Alliance to achieve its ambitions.
