The event sat 12 lucky diners who sampled some of the finest dining in the area. according to the guests the food and the service were all impeccable and would most certainly be returning.
The menu consisted of complimentary canapés folllowed by balsamic and thyme shallots dressed with fresh rocket, parma ham and parmesan shavings. A conplimentary taster was then served in preparation for the main course. A beef bourginonne a l'orange, accompanied by winter veg and baby buttered potatoes. If this wasn't enough, for desert there were individual sticky toffee puddings, served with ginger-nut and meringue ice cream with a citrus coulis. To end the evening, there were chocolate truffles and fine coffee.
