York City fans are being urged to get behind their club ahead of the important clash against Luton Town this Thursday night.
Manager Martin Foyle believes local support will be essential to secure a win in the play-off semi-final and send the club onwards to potential promotion, commenting: "I don't think fans realise how important a role they can play if they get behind the lads."
York will face Luton after their one-nil defeat by champions Stevenage on Saturday saw them finish fifth in the league.
Third place Oxford, who also lost over the weekend, will play Rushden in the other semi-final to see who goes through to the play-off final.
