Stayed here for one night while on my first business trip to Guernsey , really cool hotel, will apportioned rooms with great bed.Breakfast was everything you could ask for, I had an omelette .

Guernsey only five star hotel contains The Brasserie Restaurant overlooking private gardens and St. Peter Port Harbour, The Curry Room which is Guernsey's finest Indian restaurant, The Olive Grove which is the only restaurant in St. Peter Port with its own garden for al fresco dining with a sea view, The Centenary Bar and the Sir John Coward Lounge for drinks or afternoon tea. In need of some TLC. Room had some cheap fittings, wasn’t the cleanest and generally felt neglected.
Spa area also pretty rundown, felt very dated and not luxury.
Careful with booking the ‘Gourmet Escape’ - we weren’t told where it would be, asked, was shown to brasserie and then had to also ask how it worked. No one really knew what the prepaid 3 course dinner was. Proceeded to be handed a tennerfest menu (cheaper) which would have made us out of pocket by pre booking.
Manage to rectify on check out at reception and staff generally helpful.

Pro's: Room was spacious, staff pleasant and helpful. Music was good and artistic was great.
Negative: Two course meal especially the dessert was average. The drinks are beyond expensive £30 bottle of wine.
