Amazing hotel, such elegant rooms. The staff are so helpful and friendly, nothing is too much trouble. Love staying here, especially in the summer with the outside pool.

Beautiful fish and chips. On our visit the fish was delicious delicate pollack. The little side of curry sauce was a nice touch! Super-friendly service. Highly recommended.

Absolutely love The Bass & Lobster. Food is just so different and delicious. One Fish eater. One Vegetarian.
Unbelievable choice of homemade ice creams. Love the gesture of the complimentary bread and nibbles and the homemade chocolates at the end of the evening.
Staff - particularly Front of House just make you feel ‘special’. A lovely ambiance. Definitely our favourite restaurant right now.

Nicki has gone above and beyond to help us with a difficult brief due to the changing COVID restrictions since we started planning. She has been a joy to plan with even through all our challenges and has always responded quickly and with patience. I would never use anyone else!

Once again Nicki , has created a magical holiday for me in Prague, meeting all my expectations. I have complete faith in her recommendations, which are always impeccable, and she is always there to help in any situation. I would highly recommend Nicki as the top Travel Counsellor!

So far, so fantastic! I've only offered a 9 at this stage, because we haven't actually been away yet! We initially got in contact to book our honeymoon, but then Covid... After a couple of years with the world's infected dust settling, we got back in contact and the enthusiasm, genuine care, concern and interest that Nicki showed made the experience of booking our 'honeymoon, but a bit late' holiday, a pleasure. Insights, knowledge, advice and ideas were free flowing and at no point did it feel like a sales pitch from a commission based holiday rep!! (not that anyone has mentioned this, just my impressions of travel agents in the past!) We almost can't wait for this holiday now!!
