After I sent in my CV, Marcel was in contact the next day and got me an interview, then second interview and I started last Monday. I have never felt so settled and appreciated in a job. I cannot recommend Marcel and Firstcall Recruitment enough. He really understood my situation and made sure the employers were aware of it too. I never had to chase him up for anything. I have attended many events at the OGH, from business conferences and weddings to dinner for two, drinks in the Crown Club or tea and cake in the lounge. The service of the staff is always faultless. They fully deserve their five star status. More recently I had a hen party pamper package with a full afternoon tea, use of the beautiful outdoor swimming pool (you would never believe you were in the centre of town) and a wonderful relaxing time in the spa. Again, all the staff were polite, helpful, and friendly. I have now booked the Regency Room for our next business event and am really looking forward to enjoying the evening at this top quality venue.
