I would recommend Firstcall Recruitment to my friends because I was impressed with the way the agency treated me as an individual. I have signed up with several recruitment agencies in the past and this is the first one to go that 'extra mile' in helping me to prepare for my interview and make sure that I was ready to do my best. I like the fact that Marcel made an appointment to speak to me on the day of my interview so that I could clarify any queries beforehand and chat through how to effectively communicate during my interview. Marcel kept me in the loop about my progress after my interview and I felt supported. Thank you Firstcall and thank you Marcel and Corrie for keeping me updated! I enjoy my temping job!

After I sent in my CV, Marcel was in contact the next day and got me an interview, then second interview and I started last Monday. I have never felt so settled and appreciated in a job.
I cannot recommend Marcel and Firstcall Recruitment enough. He really understood my situation and made sure the employers were aware of it too. I never had to chase him up for anything. Communication was 110% which is a lot more than I can say for other agencies over here!

I must take this opportunity to tell you how thrilled Simon and I have been with Sunshine and the team of staff who do such a great job. Both of my children have enjoyed their time here and we’ve always felt confident that they are in good hands. Personally, I will miss the little pieces of artwork that find their way home each day and I will absolutely miss the Nativity (when I always cry at the soloists, even when I have no clue who they are). I would always recommend Sunshine Nursery as a wonderful environment with good values for those looking for childcare.
