The interior space in our home wasn't really working for us and we wanted to make some improvements but weren't sure where to start. Katie gave us some great ideas and really took the time to understand what we wanted. We came across some issues in planning and the council were a nightmare but the team in the office worked so hard to get us what we wanted and always kept us up to date. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

We’ve used Binney and Sims ltd after our planning application was rejected using another architect. We were impressed by Katie’s problem solving skills, her eye to detail and her professionalism. She overcame the issues we had with the neighbours and we are very pleased that our 2 storey extension plans have been approved.
