Visited the zoo today, first time for many years, we had a really good day, the keepers are so passionate about the animals, the park was very clean, food was very reasonable priced, plenty of picnic places to eat, my only bad comment would be, they are still charging full entry price, but we found a lot of the outlets were shut, which I feel is wrong when you are still having to pay full price, other than this I would definitely recommend this zoo, a really great day out.

Went here with wife and my nearly 4 year old and we just had the best day. The place flows really well. We saw the animals first, you get really good close up views of them especially the white lions, white tigers and cheetah. In a zoo you dont tend to get that close. The enclosures aren't huge but the animals seemed content. Then there is the dinosaur park including fossil digging and then we hit the mini lagoon and play parks. So much for kids to do, food and gifts are reasonably priced and staff helpful. Marked down a point as it looked as though the park hadn't fully opened even at 1030 in the morning - shutters down on various stands etc. Great day out though all in all.

2 adults and 3 children aged 8,6 and 5. The children loved the dinosaurs. Realistic movements and noises plus enough information for children. Owe thought the train ride through the dinosaurs was expensive at £2 for 3 minutes! Revisited this section on the way out.
The animals looked happy although their cages are small.
The water snake was sooo big!
Alternated between play park and animals.
The lagoon is a paddling area and suited to smaller children.
We all had a great day.

My boyfriend and I thoroughly enjoyed the wildlife park itself - all of the free talks we visited throughout the day were very interesting. There was plenty to do and see, and all of the animal enclosures seemed to have lots of enrichment and suitable terrain for them.

The Tea with Tigers was incredibly disappointing and not worth the money at all! Whilst our guide was very knowledgable and professional, that was as good as it got. All of the talks she gave, any member of he public could listen in on (for free, when we all paid). The only ‘behind the scenes’ aspect was a small bit of road near the lions which got us the smallest bit closer than the general public could get.

The afternoon tea was a buffet, by the time we got up there, there was not much left. The sandwiches looked quite squashed and tasted and felt stale. Inside the cafe, there were only two tables where you could view the tigers. Our table was right at the back of the cafe and we could not see anything, however we paid the same amount as the two tables who sat at the front.

Overall, it was a real waste of money and we both felt so sad and dissatisfied at the end.

Me & my partner visited as a birthday gift. We will never forget the most amazing experience we had here feeding the lions. The young lady was very helpful & answered all of our questions & demonstrated how to feed them. We took turns in placing the meat in our hands and placing by the cage where you feel the lion breathing on you and taking the meat from your hand. Scary at first but absolutely amazing to be the close to an incredible animal.

The only small dislike we had was other visitors coming near where we did the experience having kids screaming and people shouting when we are trying to enjoy our experience with the lions.

Overall defiantly worth the experience! Thank you :)

More aimed at younger children. Still my 12 year old enjoyed the day there. Only one eatery open and had to queue for over 30 minutes for lunch. The food was very nice and not overly expensive. Free pumpkin 🎃 carvings, which the children loved doing. Fabulous dinosaur walk with sound effects.
Friendly staff. Plenty of parking over the road. Definitely worth a trip

An action packed day. Lots to do to keep the whole family occupied. A beautiful summer day. Spent over 7 hours on site. Parking easy ( car parks ) no charge. Great animals and a Dinosaur world with Luke Luke creatures. Great outdoor and indoor play area. Also took advantage of outdoor paddling pool (water a little cold) . Great train ride through woods (extra charge of £2 per person) . Took a picnic ( plenty of picnic tables around park) . Food is a little expensive. Tip. Book online the day before to make a saving in entry charge. Easy queues on arrival. Great picture opportunities. Enjoy 😊

Our granddaughter and we enjoyed the dinosaurs, lunch, play areas and train ride very much. Staff are friendly, and the place is well set out and sign-posted and clean. An effort had been made to mark Halloween.

But the animals fare less well, the enclosures feel neglected and small, and the animals are listless or out of sight.

I know the cages meet basic legal standards, but most zoos do much better than that these days.

Paradise is a brilliant zoo, the entrance price is very good for what you are getting and when you think that they have to pay to feed and house the animals and the staff, it works out well. It has a great section of different animals, all were in very good sized and clean enclosures, with lots of enrichment for them. The keepers are some of the best we have seen at zoos, all very knowledgeable and helpful. It is good to see that they are going around the zoos and re-building or redoing the animal enclosures, the new white lion enclosure is amazing for the lions and the public. It is also a great zoo for taking photos of the animals. The restaurant has a very good menu and good prices for what you get. The animal experiences they do are very good and well-priced, we have been able to feed or go in with most of the animals there over the last few years, which has made some unforgettable memorials. From hand feeding Rocky and their female African leopard (When they had one), to going in with the meerkats, Red ruffed lemurs, Tapirs and more. We have been luckily enough to go to 44 zoos around the UK and we think paradise is one of the best. We would highly recommended paying Paradise Wildlife park a visit.

Had a great day at the paradise yesterday. The one-way system worked well and there was a lot of hand sanitizer around the park and a lot of signs to tell you to keep your distance and it was not crowded. It was good to see all the staff wearing face masks, to protect the animals. Shame most of the other visitors were not and some broke social distancing, but the park cannot stop that (That’s just people unfortunately). It is great to see that the paradise is updating and changing enclosures to make them better for the animals. (I have seen some comments by other people saying the enclosure are too small, which is wrong, but I have been to 43 zoo’s around the UK and paradise is one of the better ones for animals). The new tiger enclosure is brilliant, giving them lots of room. I am looking forward to seeing the new sun bear enclosure when it is completed. The glass windows on the enclosures made it good for taking photos and because it was not crowded it was quiet, so more animals were out. The food and drink are good prices, and the entrance price is good, compared to other zoo’s. Would highly recommended going to paradise.
