In the competitive (and, frankly, expensive) world of safaris, 2by2 provided us with excellent value for money. Their attention to detail was outstanding throughout, ensuring that we could enjoy ourselves and not worry about anything. They work with very good in-country providers: local knowledge and expertise was central to our safari and the involvement of local operators clearly helps to develop the local communities. We can't wait to travel with 2by2 again soon.

Gills provided a fantastic, friendly, high quality service installing our new combi boiler. They worked quickly and did the work to a high standard, and the team were able to work around our unsociable working hours and keep us up to date by phone. They removed the old boiler and water tank for us, and even put in a tidy chipboard cover over the gap this left in our kitchen to stop our cat from getting behind the cupboards! We are very happy with our new boiler which works brilliantly, & when we had a minor issue with pressure in the system later on (our fault!) we were able to contact the person who installed it and get troubleshooting advice the same evening, which immediately solved the problem. Brilliant job, would recommend Gills to anyone. - Luke and Emily, Hatfield
