Gills have completed jobs large (bathroom replacements and water softener installation) and small (lighting and taps replacement) and I cannot recommend them highly enough. The advice before a job and help in the showroom through to the work on site and after care is second to none. The team are efficient, professional, considerate, friendly and very trustworthy. I will use again and recommend them tonfriends and family too. Probably not the cheapest but certainly the best quality!

We employed Gill's to redesign and build our en-suite. From the outset their professionalism and standard of work was excellent. The fitters engaged with us at every stage and cleaned up the workspace every day when they finished. The project was completed in the time initially discussed. We are delighted with the outcome and will be using Gill's for further work.

The service was first class from the moment the telephone was answered. The beautiful flowers were delivered on time and a picture of the arrangement was also emailed to us. Not knowing anything about this florist it was excellent to know the flowers were of the quality that we had hoped for. I would not hesitate in using this florist again or recommending them in the future.

Cannot recommend this company enough. Simon came round for a quote, spent time explaining the installation options and which boiler would fit our needs best. On installation day Simon arrived promptly and has done a great job keeping everything need and tidy, even accommodating our last minute requests without fuss.

I highly appreciated the friendly, patient and helpful email contact I had with Claire and Rosie re: my trip, long before it began. Even on weekends, Claire would respond very promptly to any of my many queries regarding my safari/Zanzibar combo-booking.
During my entire trip, all went extremely well due to the excellent planning and organzation. I definitely got a top trip for a relatively reasonable price!
I also appreciated the flexibility I had, adding or changing my trip's itinerary with Claire.
She met me 1/2 way cost wise, when a plane fare was suddenly raised last minute -- super!
I continue to recommend
2by2holidays to any and all friends, as well as the new people I meet travelling.
I have travelled the world for years, and in that time never experienced a travel agent so organized, helpful and in close touch with me until the very end of my wonderful journey --- especially as l had booked the entire trip long-distance from Portugal.
