This shop is absolutely lovely. That staff are always very welcoming and helpful, nothing is too much trouble and the service is FAB. I have my rings polished here where I always receive a bit of discount for doing all them in one go and they are always done in super quick time and to an extraordinary standard. Whenever I have had a broken piece of jewellery the ladies have always been kind enough to explain what they need to do to fix it. The jewellery they stock is unusual and eye catching, I have had so many comments on my purchases from Lance James.
