Great service! They re-sized my ring which was bought for me from another jewellers who didn't want to do it. they had no problem in doing so. I had my ring back at the stated time and the agreed price and it was a perfect fit! Cannot recommend them enough!

My niece moved to St Albans in September 2015 from Finland, from where I moved to UK some 40 years ago. Giving flowers as a greeting, present, appreciation, gift, has been a tradition with us centuries long (think of the trouble having fresh flowers in a country snow bound every winter). So I wanted to send a very special flower bouquet for her arrival.. I chose Perfect Moment Florist after an extensive web search, I live near Oxford. I chose a bright orchid studded autumn set, it arrived just as I had ordered it, if not better,as my niece sent an photo... It lasted for well over a week and was superb. PMF say they care, - they do, they listen and deliver. I have had so many disappointments in online flower ordering over the years, so to say they are remarkable, is just so true. Hope they win!!

I have always had excellent service from perfect moments with stylish bouquets and a wonderful selection of flowers for any occasion. I used them for my wedding day and they produced a stunning arrangement, at relatively short notice and even delivered the flowers to my home. For my children's birthdays I have always chosen helium balloons and the selection here is second to none. It seems that nothing is too much bother and I would not go anywhere else for my flowers or balloons!!

I have engaged with Perfect Moment for many years and would not contemplate using any other florist. Even if the delivery address is outside the normal area, I pay extra to ensure that any flowers I want to send are arranged by the team at Perfect Moment. There are 4 main reasons for this: firstly, the flowers are kept in a glass refrigerator which guarantees for the most part the longevity of the arrangement. Secondly, and very important for me, Sam & her team are imaginative and stylish; I prefer unusual, modern bouquets and arrangements rather than something selected from a book. The team use pearls, diamantés, coloured wired shapes amongst other modern twists in design. Thirdly, whatever I have asked for such as themed arrangements for parties, is designed exactly as I want. Ie. We held a Mafia party and the only brief I gave was, make it Mafia-like and can you put some guns in it please! Finally, and critical for any business is the relationship with the staff and customer. Led by Sam & Cindy, the team are friendly, reliable and work with great humour and fun. All in all the customer experience is a pleasure. I written this lengthy review because I owe a debt of thanks for the innovative floral orders they have created for me. I wish you luck in the up and coming awards nomination- the whole team from Sam to the delivery driver deserve huge praise for their outstanding stylish designs & customer service.
