Jackie and her team at Lance James the Jewellers Hertford are brilliant! Always a really warm welcome when I pop in - not just for me but my little dog too! I've been using Jackie for nearly 10 years, for all sorts of jewellery jobs, from tiny repairs to bigger commissions. I completely trust them to not only give me expert advice but to do a brilliant job. Most recently, my sister had the bright idea to turn her silver christening mug into a bangle - it looks fantastic (and is no longer sitting in a cupboard...) - can't wait to see what Jackie is going to create from mine!
