Great day out but incredibly expensive for everything!!! Cans of water ensure that you have to keep buying rather than being able to hold on to one if you like me are stupid enough not to bring any and card only policy apparently left over from Covid meant that my daughter left disappointed as she was unable to spend her birthday money. Great animals and really good day but they really need to think more about their customers rather than their own convenience.

A wonderful zoo and the addition of panda and bear section was great! Really great place, would be worth a yearly pass with so much to do. Staff all friendly and facilities throughout well signposted.

Great little zoo for the kids. Splash park, dinosaur park and the lion and lionesses, tiger really got the kids going wow! It's not too big and doesn't have all the wild animals that's kids tend to look out for - elephant, giraffes, hippos etc. lots of coffee cafes and ice creams to enjoy.
