I was really pleased with the attention to detail and conscientious of the company when they fitted my two bathrooms but have been more impressed with their after sales approach to a few niggles, none of which were their fault, but rather defects in the products I chose. I could not be happier and would thoroughly recommend them.

Having next booked a holiday through an agency before (normaly sorting it all myself) I contacted 2by2 just to get some quotes for our honeymoon. The service from day 1 was amazing, I gave a rough idea of wanting to do a Safari and beach honeymoon & was contacted by a lady called Rosie who gave me a range of ideas and quotes to suit our needs, resulting in us booking our dream holiday, 3 days on Safair and 5 nights in Mauritius. From that day Rosie answered all my questions and made our honeymoon so stress free.I was sent an email with all the documents we needed a few weeks before our departure, and given access to an app which also included all the info so I could load it on my phone. All transfers etc were included so we had nothing to worry about with all the travelling between destinations.We can't thank Rosie enough for giving us such an amazing honeymoon & I will be recommending & using 2by2 holidays in the future!

Short of paying for the holiday for me there is literally nothing 2by2 could have done to be more accommodating and understanding than they were. They picked out the perfect locations, the perfect flights and created the perfect itinerary. I wouldn't think about booking another holiday to Africa without talking to them first. Every single little detail was considered and catered for and I can't believe we managed to get the holiday we did for the price we paid. Nothing was too much trouble and I had confidence that I could have called them about any problems and they would have found a way to help.

This is the second time I have had Gills to attend to my heating system this year. The first time another central heating repair company told me I needed a new boiler because of high emissions. An engineer from Gills came and tested the boiler and confirmed there was nothing wrong and the emissions were acceptable.
I had another engineer this month as the boiler would not stay on. Needed a valve replaced which was done within a couple of days.
Very impressed with the service I have received and will have them to service my boiler each year.

Nigel at Welwyn Roofbox Hire went above and beyond to provide us with a Roofbox for your trip away. Not knowing what the maximum size our vehicle could cope with whilst still having access to the boot Nigel brought along three Boxes and an alternative set of Roofbars to trial and we settled on the perfect solution. Delivery and collection fitted around our usual daily schedule making the whole process simple and hassle free. Many thanks.
