Considering our need for a roof box was particularly short notice (and for a Bank holiday) I think we were very lucky that WR could help us out. I'm not sure that any other Company would of invested as much time and effort to assist. The whole experience was completely hassle free, which is definitely what we needed especially as we were going on our family's first ever camping holiday and didn't need the worry of not having enough space in the car. The cost of hiring a roof box is more than reasonable; I expected to have to pay a great deal more than we did. Collecting and returning arrangements were flexible enough to fit in with our plans, making the whole service experience first rate.

Nigel was very pleasant, accommodating and professional. We enjoyed having the roof box, which gabe us plenty of extra room for our trip to Spain! The video they sent us beforehand was really helpful to learn how to use it and get the most out of the box.

We hired a roof box for two weeks to see family, the service recieved was first class. Absolutely 100% satisfied, as it was all made so easy and explained fully. We will definitely be hiring again so much less hassle than taking two cars or sitting uncomfortably with belonging stuffed around you.
