My holiday requirements can be quite challenging as I'll spend lots of time researching on the web, so I tend to go with a list 'I want to do this , this and this, and not this - and its all got to fit in these days'. Time and again the 2by2 team have taken that, applied their enormous in depth, on the ground experinence, and crafted a fabulous holiday for us. It is the details that make all the difference, ' Stay here rather than here as it's much better to see this', 'Have two nights here so you can do this' etc. I have come to absolutely trust in their advice and have had six wonderful holidays so far .... and counting!

Great holiday in Namibia and Botswana arranged by 2by2 who incorporated all the places I wanted to go and suggested some additional ones. Itinerary for self drive in Namibia worked well and transfers in Botswana were efficient. Great accommodation and fantastic views!

Everything that was supposed to happen did happen and was spectacular! Transfers to and from hotels and airports were on-time and the drivers polite and informative. Hotels were amazing. A wonderfully organised holiday and a great success. Thank you 2by2

We have had two bathrooms put into our flat in Hertford by the Gills team. Very good service right from the start in showroom , then on design and finally with the workmanship by the team of installers, decorators and plumbers. The quality of the advice was excellent from start to finish, excellent communication and very reliable on timescales. Can thoroughly recommend Gills.

Tracing the water leakage which was severe took a good time but I was really impressed by the detective work done and how determined your man was to sort the problem. Overall the holiday was fantastic. As promised we where the only 2 people on our safari which was made even better by our great guide Kennedy from Pollmans. The Baobab Beach Spa and Resort was great the staff brilliant and friendly. All this was put together by 2 by 2 holidays and the communication with them was very good. Our representative at 2 by 2 Rosie made everything come together with no messing about or stress put on us. I would definitely use 2 by 2 holidays again for any long haul destinations that I would travel to.
