After several cases of poor workmanship from other companies, when it came to renovating our bathroom we wanted the best and went with Gill's - and they didn't disappoint. Work starts with the Computer Aided Drawing which they draw up to your spec and gives you many different perspectives on the final layout. After a few tweaks, that was sorted out and the work started. The renovation itself was obviously disruptive, but they were very neat and cleared up meticulously every day. Rob, the fitter, talked us through each step and any final changes. His attention to detail was superb, adding extra touches to give the best possible finish. Even when things didn't go according plan, and a new cold water tank needed to be fitted, Rob and Derek worked long hours to complete the job on-time.
The final job is outstanding and matches the CAD drawings exactly. Not the cheapest, but we definitely got what we paid for - a quality product and quality service.

We used Gill's on a recommendation from a neighbour. Gill's were fast, efficient, professional and friendly. We had a leak in a pipe buried in the concrete floor and Derick from Gill's did a great job of isolating the problem, repairing it, then making good. We would not hesitate to use Gill's next time.

Very professional and friendly business. They recently provided a plumber to sort out a problem with our underfloor heating. The plumber arrived on time and identified the problem quickly. Great service at a great price. Would highly recommend Gill's.

2by2 know their business. We put ourselves in their hands for our holiday, and we’re not disappointed. They advised and recommended places based on their experiences and the result was an amazing holiday. Over the year we spent planning this, 2by2 were very supportive. I am a worrier, but they put my mind at rest and never seemed to mind my emails and stupid questions! The holiday itself went like a dream. We had a total of 7 flights, so lots of airport transfers and opportunities for disasters, but no, everything went like clockwork and I have no doubt this is down to the wonderful organisation of 2by2 and their overseas colleagues. Would highly recommend.

Superb, I cannot fault the excellent service provided by 2by2 in arranging our trip to Kenya. The programme was expertly constructed to achieve the brief we set and, in all aspects, expectations were exceeded. I has planned to organise this trip myself, but would not have achieved the good value or wealth of experience which 2by2 achieved. I would not hesitate to use 2by2 again.

Excellent knowledge in terms of planning and putting together itinerary, with quotes coming out at very competitive prices.
Really helpful and full of advice in lead up and very helpful with an issue (not the fault of the company) during the holiday-even sorting it out whilst we sat marooned at the airport many many miles away.

We recently returned from a safari/beach holiday booked through 2by2 Holidays and their representative Rosie.
We spent 3 days in the Maasi Mara, a night in a hotel in Nairobi, and 5 days in the Seychelles. As you can imagine, there were numerous flights, transfers, pickups and drop offs etc. We were anxious about many aspects of the organisation and logistics involved in this trip, but Rosie sent us very clear itineraries, and we loved the Vamos app. which gave us daily updates about flights etc. We are happy to say that every aspect of our trip went to plan and we are completely happy with the service we received from 2by2. They were efficient, helpful and obviously have very good contacts in all the places we visited, as the agents in kenya and Seychelles were equally as professional and informed.
2by2 made us feel like they really cared about our trip and wanted us to have the best experience we could,working within the budget we gave them - without any hard sell, but suggesting upgrade options when we asked for advice.
We would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone wanting to book a similar holiday.

Lance James fixed my engagement ring after I accidentally knocked out the diamond from the top. I had also damaged the clasp that holds the diamond. Jackie explained the whole process required to fix it and was clear and precise. I was provided with a costing and had my ring returned repaired and polished as good as new. I cannot recommend Lance James enough, they are professional, and offer an excellent service.
