Gills provide a fabulous service and always keen to please, they staff all know their stuff which means you don’t get wasted call outs. They are straight on the button with solving my heating problem and responded the same morning of distress. The service was first class from the moment the telephone was answered. The beautiful flowers were delivered on time and a picture of the arrangement was also emailed to us. Not knowing anything about this florist it was excellent to know the flowers were of the quality that we had hoped for. I would not hesitate in using this florist again or recommending them in the future.

Cannot recommend this company enough. Simon came round for a quote, spent time explaining the installation options and which boiler would fit our needs best. On installation day Simon arrived promptly and has done a great job keeping everything need and tidy, even accommodating our last minute requests without fuss.

I highly appreciated the friendly, patient and helpful email contact I had with Claire and Rosie re: my trip, long before it began. Even on weekends, Claire would respond very promptly to any of my many queries regarding my safari/Zanzibar combo-booking.
During my entire trip, all went extremely well due to the excellent planning and organzation. I definitely got a top trip for a relatively reasonable price!
I also appreciated the flexibility I had, adding or changing my trip's itinerary with Claire.
She met me 1/2 way cost wise, when a plane fare was suddenly raised last minute -- super!
I continue to recommend
2by2holidays to any and all friends, as well as the new people I meet travelling.
I have travelled the world for years, and in that time never experienced a travel agent so organized, helpful and in close touch with me until the very end of my wonderful journey --- especially as l had booked the entire trip long-distance from Portugal.

We have just returned from a holiday in Tanzania and Zanzibar arranged by 2 by 2. The organisation was excellent, every step of the way. The flights and connections were seamless and the safari was superb. Thank you for arranging such a fantastic holiday for us, we will be looking at you other tours, perhaps India next year!

Fantastic holiday Kenya on safari and diving in Mombasa.. First hotel Semtrim Boulevard not as nice as brochure little bit dated. Vehicle for safari was quite old and little bit uncomfortable but did the trick. Everything else was fantastic. Lodges, guides, staff, food and knowledge of staff was amazing. Loved this holiday this has been my best holiday of all time. Would fully recommend this trip to all of my friends and family.
Staff for 2by2 very helpful and knowledgeable helped with every part of my trip and advise was very useful. Would definitely use this company again.

My partner discussed specifications with them for a bespoke ring. They then sent us images of what it would look like which, after a couple of minor modifications, we agreed on. When we received the ring it was exactly what my partner wanted. She is so pleased and is getting compliments from everyone she shows it to. Excellent customer service, good value, delivered on time what can anyone add to that. I would recommend them to my friends and will no doubt use them again.

When we moved house a boiler was one of the first things that needed changing.
We contacted GILLS and was booked in for a day or two later. We found them very professional and trustworthy, they fit the job around us that a time that suited us.
The guys were friendly and nothing was too much of a problem.
Would 100% recommend them. Very satisfied with the service from start to finish.
