I have used Perfect Moments since the shop was owned by Cindy and Sam. It has become the florist of choice for most people I know locally, this is for many reasons, the flowers are fresh and last for ages, they are often exotic and unusual, the staff are wonderful, patient and sensitive( shown when they provided flowers for my fathers funeral). They are courteous, very knowledgable and creative. The Workshops are great fun and well supported. Jean K

Living in County Durham I have used Perfect Moment on several occasions to deliver to a very special lady in St Albans, the service has been outstanding given the difficulties involved in some of these deliveries, effort and understanding from the staff patience to the mad notherner on the phone with random requests and of course, some of the most incredible flower arrangements you could wish for. Finding a company that is both willing to take time to help and top notch as well is rare. Perfect moment a fantastic shop with brilliant caring staff. Cindy, Sam and their team are always so helpful when you're looking for unusual gifts and arrangements. Everything they've ever produced for me has been amazing and received many compliments from friends and family. They recently showed great care and sympathy when I took my best friend to arrange funeral flowers. Such care, professional service and value are sadly rare these days but they excel every time!!
