I have known Cindy and Sam from their first shop here in Wheathampstead. Right from the start their attention to detail and the quality of their plants and flowers have always brought great comments from those I have given them to. Whether in person or on the phone they make sure that they understand exactly what I would like and have always created the best bouquets . They have great staff who all contribute to the high standards.

Cindy, Sam and their team are always so helpful when you're looking for unusual gifts and arrangements. Everything they've ever produced for me has been amazing and received many compliments from friends and family. They recently showed great care and sympathy when I took my best friend to arrange funeral flowers. Such care, professional service and value are sadly rare these days but they excel every time!!

The best holiday ever!! Thank you 2 by 2. It was fabulous to receive such 5* service from creating our trip to then being on Holiday. We travelled around a bit during our holiday and pre booked tours via 2 by 2. Always a little early and never late our transfer taxis arrived and the service was impeccable. Polite and friendly and willing to offer information to ensure we had the best time ever. This is our second trip to South Africa with 2 by 2 and we would never use any other agent to arrange our trip. Thank you 2 by 2 team

We have just returned from a wonderful holiday to South Africa (safari only) and Mauritius (beach), brilliantly organised by Melissa. The two safari lodges she recommended were both wonderful, though very different: one small-scale and rustic, the other slick and luxurious. Our accommodation in Mauritius, as recommended by Melissa, was a perfect fit for our family remit: lots to do for teenagers, but with good food and beautiful spaces to relax in for the grown-ups The itinerary worked out very well, with seamless transfers at every stage.
