The initial consultation was extremely thorough and any anxieties i had prior to the treatment were addressed with sensitivity and professionalism. I would recommend the Skin Clinic unreservedly

I contacted Welwyn Roofbox Hire from google. I had never used a roofbox or rack before and found Nigel to be very helpful with advice for what I required. The equipment was spot on and the service was excellent. I know where I'll come next time I need another!

Roofbox very good, no problems at all. Would like the 500 box next year rather than the 450. Thanks.

We had a fantastic time in South Africa with 2 by 2. Efficient organisation even if we left it to the last minute.
Their recommendations were spot on. A great boutique hotel at Coco Dr Mer - set the scene for exceptional service and wonderful settings. The ride to Hluhluwe game reserve was exceptional - we got signings of a leopard from the taxi within 20 mins of being in the park. The Rhino ridge game lodge is spectacularly set and the staff (mainly from the local village) could not have been more welcoming. The standard of the accommodation and food were exceptional. With two three hour game drives at sun up ad sun set we found that 4 days passed in the blink of an eye. The optimal walking safari is highly recommended as an alternative view point of the environment. The guide we were assigned for all of the game drives was knowledgeable, engaging and a joy to spend time with. They have wifi but the experience is so all encompassing that you don't feel the need for it. Sit outside around the fire for some of the most spectacular dark sky viewing at night - all planets viewable whilst we were there!. The Fairmont Resort near Durban is luxuriously appointed within its own groups and with 5km of private beach (swimming not allowed - currents). We took an organised trip to Durban (45 mins away) that was interesting but otherwise stayed within the area. 5 restaurants and 5 swimming pools and plenty to whilst away the time.
We used 2 by 2 for out honey moon a few years ago and cannot fault their advice, organisation or availability. Highly recommended.

Could not have wished for a better holiday. All our transfers slotted in to place. Our different accommodations were excellent. Very happy, so much so we are booking for next year.

Thank you for organising such an enjoyable holiday; we had a great time. Wendy followed our every step, initially from hospital and then from home, so enjoying it vicariously. The hotels were of an excellent quality. We especially enjoyed the Cape Cadogen and Le Quartier Francais. They were both conveniently situated, with excellent choices of local restaurant. The cost of meals in quality restaurants was less than £20/head including service and drinks. The eight-course mystery menu (they did provide us with the menu after the meal) in the Tasting Room at Le Quartier was superb, and didn't leave us feeling full. As ever, the Pride of Africa train provided an excellent five-star experience. We did have an issue with the lack of communication at times whilst on the train, but we referred to that in our feedback to Rovos Rail. The off-train trips to the Mokuti Lodge in Etosha Park and to the Sossusvlei Lodge enabled us to see the most amazing sunset and to marvel at the magnificent food that had been prepared for us in the desert. None of us will ever forget climbing up the 'Big Daddy' sand-dune. We gave the Illyria House hotel a more mixed reception. Best described as 'quirky', it eventually grew on us. The staff were excellent and friendly and once you got used to sitting down to dinner an hour or so after the time we chose (based on the time that would suit them) and ordering food and wine at breakfast for that evening's dinner, we began to appreciate it. For many the furnishing and the hotel's situation would be excellent after a week on the train. It would be necessary to get the hotel to book a taxi, as it is in the suburbs. Having said that, Rob was unwell, such that they booked an appointment at the local hospital and the manager drove him there and asked that they phone him so Rob could be brought back. Similarly, they recommended a restaurant in town (Kream at Brooklyn Bridge) and drove us to and picked us up when the restaurant contacted the hotel. (We had three courses, a glass of wine, coffee with superb service and tip included all for less than £20 each - an absolute bargain.) We were met at Cape Town by Cas whom we eventually worked out after a day had been our guide five years ago. We bumped into her at a restaurant; also there was her boss, Mr Shawn if I remember correctly; they provide a good service in Cape Town and the Winelands. Thanks again for organising a great holiday.
