I always love going to Perfect Moment to do the workshops. Cindy and Sam are good fun and always on hand with help and advice. Last night I went to make a Christmas Wreath, after the demonstration we were let loose to choose anything from the Christmas table to put in our displays. I felt like a child in a sweetshop, so many beautiful things to choose from! Everybody left the shop very pleased and happy with their arrangements. Looking forward to going next week to make my Christmas table decoration!!

Sam and her team at Perfect Moment are skilled florists with an fantastic creative eye that go together to deliver gorgeous bouquets from their fresh stock of the best quality blooms. They really deliver too. Recently, I rang Sam in the morning as I needed a gift for my Mum's birthday the same day. It was delivered that afternoon with a personalised card. The flowers lasted well over a week as well. Highly recommended!

I first met Paul Riley of Total Soft water when he had a softener shop in Harpenden. His knowledge of water softeners is extensive and I trust his judgement and proficiency implicitly. I recently purchased a second hand softener via eBay to replace an old outdated model that was installed many years ago.. My first action, before installation, was to get Total Soft Water to check it out for me. For a very reasonable cost, Paul personally stripped the unit and replaced all necessary parts, tested it thoroughly and set it up for the local water hardness. His expertise saved me a considerable sum over purchasing a new softener, but not once did he try to pressure me into buying a new item. This is what I call ‘Service’ and I know I can rely on him to provide expert advice and recommendations if I ever need a new softener in the future. I thoroughly recommend this and other Total Soft Water shops in the area, which Paul is responsible for.
