We have just had an engagement and wedding ring made by Jackie at Lance James. We had some diamonds we wanted set into a ring and she has been wonderful to work with. She has listened (patiently) to what we wanted and produced a ring that is special and beautifully crafted.

Jackie and the Lance James team are fantastic! So much more than many jewellery shops because they are all professional jewellers and craftsmen. They offer a beautiful range of jewellery for any occasion but can do so much more like taking an old fashioned or no longer loved piece, melt it down and create a fantastic piece just for you, and your design. They are always totally honest about what can and can't be done, very friendly, and I'd highly recommend to anyone as I've already recommended to many friends who also love Lance James!

We had a quite large awkward shaped and very old fashioned bathroom which was in need of completely gutting and starting again. We knew we would have to spend a lot of money and so we wanted to make sure we would get something we would be happy with for a long time. We didn't know where to start but saw Gill's advert and decided to go along to their showroom and have a look. We immediately got a helpful, friendly welcome, and over the coming weeks they were very patient with us while we chose furniture, tiles and flooring.The team who came to fit the bathroom were excellent. They were friendly, we immediately felt they were very trustworthy, they were careful and worked very very hard and paid great attention to detail. Nothing seemed to much trouble, even after it was finished Gill's have been back to us to make sure we were happy with every detail, we now have a bathroom we are thrilled with. It has been money well spent and we would certainly recommend the whole team at Gill's

Lance James are simply brilliant! My wedding is next month and they've been involved right from the start. My finance purchased my engagement ring from them, we've bought our wedding rings too, they've matched a pearl pendant and made pearl stud earrings for me, designed and made cuff links as present for my finance and earring for myself. I wouldn't dream of going to another jewelers. All of their jewelery is stunning and their customer service is superb!
