Just enjoyed Mr Fizz’s ‘Put a spring in your Sips’ wine tasting. Everything about this experience is a winner. The wines are varied and whether you like them or not the information you get from Mr Fizz himself is entertaining and informative and there’s always someone on your table to drink it if you don’t want it (this didn’t happen for me). The food pairings are as inspired as they are simple and simply delicious, but they work so well.
