Lovely dog friendly bar and restaurant! Well worth a visit. Beer garden with great views and clay tables. Stones throw from Foxton Locks, accessible from the canal walk.

A lovely pub garden, outdoor space. A good area outside, and a roofed area too. The pub was nice nicely modern inside with very clean loo’s! Not far from the tow path for those of us on narrow boats. Recommended.

Lovely welcome for the second time by staff and locals.
The food is well cooked, hearty portions and good value for money.
18oz mixed grill has been great both visits and the minted lamb pie packed with meat and plenty of mash and gravy.
The bar lady made sure we we're warm enough tonight and put the thermostat nearer to us so the radiator came on.
Very dog friendly in the bar area so we will return with our own dogs to eat.
Overall, our first visit was great, our second visit was great and I feel we may well be spending a lot more time in this lovely little pub.
I'm definitely going to be trying out there tea room next door as I'm sure it'll be just as lovely home cooked produce ☺️
