First time here catching up with a friend. Charlie’s recommendations were great! The pulled pork bao bun was to die for! And the size was impressive… about x3 times the amount you get at wagamamas. Chicken chow mein & prawns were lush. The egg fried rice & sweet & sour chicken balls weren’t bad but not really great (bit dry/bland). Passion fruit mocktail was lovely! The restaurant itself is nice… the door kept getting stuck as people came in/left so it was rather cold but the waitress was quick to go & shut the door every time. Finally a decent Chinese! Will be back for sure!

Becki and the whole team are just great. They worked with us through the whole process from start to finish and explained everything in detail along the way. I felt informed and anything I did not understand they had been willing to explain and be patient with us first time buyers. We had a great experience thanks to the team.

My wife and I stayed recently and were very impressed with a lovely room and excellent food. The landlord and his wife were most welcoming and the pub had a great atmosphere. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit to this part of the country.

All the way from Rochdale I went here for food with my boyfriends family and I was absolutely blown away with the pub, from walking in and receiving great service the staff were lovely. The quality and presentation of the food id expect to see in a fine dining restaurant, delicious. I enjoyed both my starter and main course and obviously the wine ! 100% worth the visit and a return.
