I met a friend here for lunch and, with neither of us being from the area, didn’t know what to expect. The pub is in a beautiful setting and we chose to sit on the shaded terrace overlooking the garden. The staff made us very welcome and we had a fantastic lunch. Next time, we will try the tea room too!

We booked a table to celebrate our daughters 18th birthday, and it was amazing! Lovely food, lovely service and everyone made the birthday girl feel extra special. We will be back again soon

A wonderful country pub offering great food. We visited on steak night. The food was excellent and the owner and staff very friendly. Service was great and I would recommend this place to anyone.

Very low ceilings - would not stay again.
It was pretty and very clean and the bed was comfortable.
the room was under the eaves so extremely hot. As the room was small my partner bumped his head off the ceiling every time he walked round the bed.

We went on steak night. Incredible value and the owners and staff were very frendly. The food was fantastic. I can't recommend this pub more highly. We will go back again.
